Llan Farm, Monmouthshire – SAB Detailed Drainage Design

Hydrogeo were appointed by the client team following a previous unsuccessful application due to the complexity and scale of the development.

An integrated design was formulated taking into account all aspects of the phased development including all private equestrian and residential proposals. The design prioritised simple cost effective surface SuDS features which were sympathetic to the surroundings and easy to construct. 

The team ensured all designs comply with regulatory requirements demonstrating their effectiveness with the latest hydraulic modelling software.

The scheme was issued reviewed and approved by the local SAB, thereby allowing construction works to commence.
